GET TO KNOW ME

I am a person, who had gone up the organizational ladder.
I held Senior Director positions in Global Enterprises such as Teva and Strauss, VP HR role in a Mobile Tech company, and Senior Management Consultant working with multiple organizations, representing diverse sectors such as Finance, Tech, Retail, Pharma and others.
I have been working with diverse levels and functions, managed a team of 8 and just myself, developed and led multiple organizational process and coaching programs.
 
I am a relationship builder: 25+ years engaging stakeholder and management teams, bridging over opposing interests, and achieving board agreements. I build and enable trust, lead candid conversations, and establish strong personal connections. I create a personal and safe place to explore, examine, and voice out without judgment. 
 
I am a mother and wife who lived in 5 different countries, who needed to adjust, accommodate, compromise, reinvent myself, and redefine what matters to me. Having done that, I learned how to always stay open, embrace different perspectives, stay curious and approachable and use an agile mindset. Life is rich, complex, and surprising, and our approach to things affects our end experience.

I am an ICF PCC certified coach, who feels joy as I support others in peeling off the layers that block them and see how anxiety, bafflement and fixated beliefs shift. I left titles and paycheck to allow myself to be creative and feel that I add true value.
 
I appreciate creativity and fresh thinking, adventure, and change. I run or swim almost daily and welcome honest dialogues with all people.
