Lead in Your Own Voice.
Stop trying to perform someone else's version of leadership. Define what leadership sounds and looks like when it comes from you.
You already know how to do the job.
But doing great work isn't always enough to get you to the next level. How you're seen, heard, and experienced as a leader matters.
I work with experienced leaders who want to define how they lead, strengthen their executive presence, communicate to impact, and position themselves for what's next.
MY STORY
Hi, I’m Ayelet.
I've made many of the transitions my clients are making.
I've gone from manager to executive. From working under a leader's umbrella to sitting at the VP table. From smaller organizations to presenting to senior leaders in large enterprises. From internal leader to consultant.
Each move asked something different of me. And somewhere along the way, I learned something important:
Moving up isn't about learning to sound more "executive." It's about getting much clearer about how you want to lead.
Today, I work with managers, directors, and executives who are ready to do exactly that.
I help them find their own words, define their presence, and position themselves for the opportunities they want next.

Executive coaching focused on how you lead
This isn't about creating a new leadership persona.
It's about getting clear on what is already yours, and making sure other people can see it.
-
Find your words. Get clear about what you think, what you want, and what you want to be known for.
-
Define your presence. Understand how you come across and decide how you want people to experience you as a leader.
-
Make your value visible. Doing good work matters. Making sure the right people understand your contribution matters too.
-
Tell your story. Talk about your work, your ideas, and your impact in a way that sounds like you. You don't need to sound like a rehearsed leadership script.
-
Show up when it counts. Meetings. Presentations. Difficult conversations. Decisions. Interviews. The moments where your leadership is actually experienced.
-
Position yourself for what's next. Get clear about where you want to go and what needs to happen for other people to see you as ready for it.
